摘要
技术创新的次优性、闭锁性、叠加性、爆发性和塌缩性构成了技术创新涌现性的特征表达。而技术创新的各种涌现性特征表达则是由作为技术创新母体的技术-经济系统与为其提供边界条件的共识-制度系统之间的交互作用共同塑造的。上述两个系统的演进动力来自认知-演化系统,简单的知识-信念系统决定了人类认知发展的演化性路径,认知发展演化的深入不断外化为技术创新涌现性的特征表达。
The suboptimality,locking,superposition,explosiveness and collapsibility of technological innovation constitute the characteristic expression of the emergence of technological innovation.The expression of various emergent characteristics of technological innovation is shaped by the interaction between the technological-economy system as the mother of technological innovation and the consensus-institution system which provides the boundary conditions for it.The evolution power of the above two systems comes from the cognitive evolutionary system.The simple knowledge-belief system determines the evolutionary path of human cognitive development,and the deepening of cognitive development evolution is externalized into the emerging feature expression of technological innovation.
