摘要
本工程结构高95m,采用部分框支剪力墙结构,其外墙全部采用剪力墙,结构存在竖向构件不连续、凹凸不规则、扭转不规则等三类不规则情况;本工程采用SATWE和GSSAP两种程序进行多遇地震下的弹性分析,同时按规范要求补充弹性时程分析,并根据相应抗震性能目标进行设防地震及罕遇地震作用下的抗震性能验算,进一步采用PUSH&EPDA程序进行罕遇地震作用下的静力弹塑性推覆分析,以上各项分析结果表明主要控制指标均满足规范要求。最后根据分析结果,提出针对本项目超限情况所采取的设计措施。
The structure of this project is 95 meters tall,it adopts partial frame-supported shear wall structure,the shear walls are used in all exterior walls. There are three structural irregularities such as discontinuities of the lateral force-resistance members,concave-convex irregularity and torsional irregularity. Two programs of SATWE and GSSAP are used to conduct the elastic static analysis under the frequent earthquake,and according to the specification requirement,elastic time-history analysis of structure is supplemented. Then the seismic performance evaluations under the fortification earthquake and the rare earthquake are carried out. At last the pushover analysis under the rare earthquake is calculated by PUSH & EPDA program. The all analysis results show that the primary control indexes can meet the requirements in the building codes. Finally,the design measures taken to strengthen the regularities of the project are put forward based on the analyzed results.
