摘要
带耦合电感器的功率变换器用途广泛,但因其磁件兼有变压器和电感器的双重功能,在建模和仿真等方面的研究尚不充分,该文提出了一种用Bool矩阵表达出耦合电感器周边各支路通断状态的方法,能够对电路进行严谨的分析。列出Bool矩阵后,首先通过归纳出诸无效开关状态的向量判据,得到有效开关矩阵,然后导入二进制逻辑变量建立了间断常系数微分方程组和状态方程组,并在电流连续和电流断续状态下对耦合电感器的工作过程进行了描述,最后通过仿真和实验验证了其有效性。所提方法可为其它带储能及耦合单元的功率变换器的简化、建模、特征参数提取、控制系统设计和改善电力电子器件开关环境提供参考。
The power converter with coupled inductors are widely used.Because of its dual functions of transformer and inductor,the research on Modeling and simulation is not enough.This paper presents a method of using Bool matrix to express on-off state of the each branch surrounding coupled inductor,which can perform rigorous analysis of circuits.After listing the Bool matrix,the effective switching matrix is obtained by summing up the vector criterions of the invalid switching states.Then import the binary logic variables to establish a discontinuous constant coefficient differential equations and state equations,and describe the operating process of the coupled inductor under the condition of continuous current and discontinuous current.Finally,simulation and experiment verify its effectiveness.The proposed method can be used as a reference for other power converters with energy storage and coupling units to simplify,model,extract characteristic parameters,design control system and improve the switching environment of power electronic devices.
