一种麻醉机回路消毒机消毒效果及安全性的试验观察 被引量:3

Experimental observation on sporicidal effect and safety of a loop sterilizer of anesthesia machine

摘要 目的观察某麻醉机回路消毒机的消毒效果及相关理化性能。方法采用理化指标分析法和载体定量杀菌法,对麻醉机回路消毒机杀菌因子强度和杀菌效果进行评价。结果某麻醉机回路消毒机杀菌因子为汽化过氧化氢与臭氧气体熏蒸消毒。该消毒机在一个运行周期内使麻醉机回路中以过氧化氢浓度为1 612 mg/m^3雾化消毒15 min,臭氧浓度114 mg/m^3熏蒸45 min,烘干15 min。作用1个周期,对放置于进气口和出气口的染菌载体,染于麻醉机的单向阀片、钠石灰罐和密封圈底座的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的平均杀灭对数值均> 3. 00。消毒运行过程排气口排出的臭氧浓度平均为0. 02 mg/m^3,最高为0. 05 mg/m^3,排出的汽化过氧化氢浓度均为0 mg/m^3。累计工作72 h后,对碳钢为轻度腐蚀,对铜、铝和不锈钢基本无腐蚀。结论该消毒机运行一个周期对染于麻醉机各组件的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭对数值达3. 00以上,残留臭氧和过氧化氢排放量达到安全标准,对金属腐蚀性较轻。 Objective To observe the sporicidal effect and related physical and chemical properties of a loop sterilizer of anesthesia machine. Methods The physical and chemical index analysis method and the carrier quantitative sterilization method were used to evaluate the bactericidal factor intensity and bactericidal effect of the loop sterilizer of anesthesia machine. Results The bactericidal factor of a loop sterilizer of anesthesia machine was fumigating disinfection with vaporized hydrogen peroxide and ozone gas. The sterilizer sterilized the anesthesia machine loop with one cycle of a hydrogen peroxide concentration of 1 612 mg/m^3 for 15 min of atomization,an ozone concentration of 114 mg/m^3 for 45 min of fumigation,and a drying time for 15 min. After 1 cycle of operation,the average logarithm value of killing the spores of Bacillus subtilis var.niger placed on the air inlet and air outlet,the one-way valve discs of the anesthesia machine,the sodium lime tank and the seal base was > 3. 00. During the disinfection operation,the average ozone concentration discharged from the exhaust port was 0. 02 mg/m^3,the highest was 0. 05 mg/m^3,and the concentration of the discharged vaporized hydrogen peroxide was 0 mg/m^3. After 72 hours of cumulative work,it was mildly corroded to carbon steel,and basically had no corrosion to copper,aluminum and stainless steel. Conclusion The sterilizer runs for one cycle,the logarithm value of killing the spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger of various components of the anesthesia machine was more than 3. 00,at the same time the residual ozone and hydrogen peroxide emissions reach safety standards,and metals are less corrosive.
