一种复方聚六亚甲基胍消毒剂消毒相关性能观察

Observation on disinfection-related performance of a compound polyhexamethylene guanidine disinfectant

目的了解一种聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐复方消毒剂的消毒相关性能。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验法,对某聚六亚甲基胍复方消毒剂消毒性能进行观察。结果该复方消毒剂是由聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐与苯扎氯铵组成的液体制剂。以聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐浓度为1 600 mg/L,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌作用1 min,杀灭对数值均> 5. 00;对悬液内白色念珠菌作用2 min,杀灭对数值均≥4. 00。用该复方聚六亚甲基胍盐消毒液原液擦拭消毒志愿者前臂皮肤病作用2 min,对皮肤上自然菌的杀灭对数值≥1. 00。该复方消毒剂密封包装经37℃储存90 d,其杀菌效果不下降。菌悬液内含50%小牛血清和调整消毒液pH值偏酸性,可使杀菌效果下降。结论该复方聚六亚甲基管消毒剂性能稳定,对细菌繁殖体和真菌具有良好的杀灭效果。

Objective To understand the disinfection-related performance of a compound disinfectant with polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride. Methods Susnursingnursing quantitative germicidal test was used to observe the disinfection performance of a polyhexamethylene guanidine compound disinfectant. Results The compound disinfectant is a liquid preparation consisting of polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride and benzalkonium chloride. With a polyhexamethylene guanidine concentration of 1 600 mg/L,the killing logarithm value of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa in susnursingnursing for 1 min was all > 5. 00;the killing logarithm value of Candida albicans in susnursingnursing for 2 min was ≥4. 00. The stock solution of compound polyhexamethylene guanidine salt disinfectant was used to wipe the forearm of skin disease volunteers for 2 min,and the killing logarithm value of natural bacteria on skin was≥1. 00. The sealed package of this compound disinfectant was stored at 37 ℃ for 90 d,and its germicidal effect did not decrease. When the bacterial susnursingnursing contained 50% calf serum and the p H value of the disinfection solution was acidic,germicidal effect will reduce. Conclusion The compound polyhexamethylene guanidine disinfectant has stable performance and good killing effect on propagating bacteria and fungi.
