摘要
目的研究不同材质导尿管对生物膜形成与导管相关性尿路感染的影响。方法采用细菌培养法和扫描电镜观察方法,对某医院住院患者使用的不同材质导尿管生物膜的形成及导尿管相关性尿路感染情况进行比较观察。结果经每组55例患者使用的两种材质导尿管观察发现,硅胶导尿管组平均留置尿管(14. 71±3. 17) d,生物膜形成率为27. 27%,导尿管相关尿路感染率为16. 36%。乳胶导尿管组平均留置尿管(16. 28±4. 54) d,生物膜形成率为47. 27%,导尿管相关尿路感染率为23. 64%。结论在使用时间基本相同的情况下,乳胶导尿管生物膜形成率高于硅胶导尿管者,生物膜形成后,导尿管相关性尿路感染发生率更高。
Objective To study the effect of different materials of catheters on biofilm formation and catheter-related urinary tract infections. Methods Bacteria culture method and scanning electron microscope observation method were used to compare and observe the biofilm formation of urethral catheter and the incidence of the catheter-related urinary tract infection of different materials used by inpatients in a hospital. Results Observation of the two materials catheters used by 55 patients in each group revealed that the silicone catheter group had an average indwelling catheter of( 14. 71 ± 3. 17) days,the biofilm formation rate was 27. 27%,and the catheter-related urinary tract infection rate was 16. 36%. In the latex catheter group,the average indwelling catheter was( 16. 28 ± 4. 54) days,the biofilm formation rate was 47. 27%,and the catheter-related urinary tract infection rate was 23. 64%. Conclusion Base on the usage time is basically the same,the biofilm formation rate of latex catheter is higher than that with silicone catheter,the incidence of catheter-related urinary tract infection is higher after biofilm formation.
