摘要
目的了解Ⅲ类手术切口术后手术部位感染的相关相关因素,为防控手术切口感染提供参考依据。方法通过回顾性调查对某医院胃肠Ⅲ类手术切口术后手术部位感染的相关因素进行统计分析。结果纳入调查的胃肠Ⅲ类切口手术患者638例,发生手术部位感染107例,感染率为16. 77%。多因素分析表明,手术切口大小、血糖≥10 mmol/L、血清白蛋白浓度<30 g/L等因素为胃肠Ⅲ类手术切口术后手术部位感染独立危险因素。结论采取微创手术、控制血糖,纠正低蛋白血症等措施,可有效降低胃肠Ⅲ类手术切口术后手术部位感染率。
Objective To understand the related factors of surgical site infection after type Ⅲ surgical incision,and to provide reference for prevention and control of surgical incision infection. Methods A retrospective survey was performed to analyze the related factors of surgical site infection after gastrointestinal type Ⅲ surgical incision in a hospital.Results There were 638 cases of gastrointestinal type Ⅲ incision surgery in the survey,107 cases of surgical site infection occurred,and the infection rate was 16. 77%. Multivariate analysis showed that factors such as surgical incision size,blood glucose ≥10 mmol/L,and serum albumin concentration < 30 g/L were independent risk factors for surgical site infection after gastrointestinal type Ⅲ surgical incision. Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery,blood glucose control and hypoproteinemia correction can effectively reduce the infection rate of the surgical site after gastrointestinal type Ⅲ surgical incisions.
