摘要
针对板翅式换热器封头强度设计问题,采用有限元法及电测法对内压作用下的正交接管封头进行了研究,给出了比率塑性功曲率(RPWC)准则、塑性功曲率(PWC)准则、零曲率(ZC)准则的塑性压力确定方法。研究结果表明:试验测试及有限元分析结果的一致性验证了有限元建模方法的正确性;3种准则塑性压力计算结果验证了几何尺寸参数对塑形压力的影响;RPWC准则塑性压力判定方法相对PWC准则和ZC准则更具简便直观;给出的封头RPWC准则塑性压力拟合公式具有合理性,为封头设计压力计算和尺寸参数选择提供了有益参考。
Aiming at investigating the strength design of the plate-fin heat exchanger header, the header with radial nozzles under internal pressure was studied by means of the finite element analysis(FEA) and resistance strain gauge. The calculation methods plastic pressure based on ratio plastic work curvature(RPWC) criterion, plastic work curvature(PWC) criterion and zero curvature(ZC) criterion were presented. The results indicate that the test results of strain validate the correctness of finite element modeling method. The consistency of test results and finite element analysis results shows the correctness of finite element modeling method.The plastic pressure results indicate that dimensional parameters affect the plastic pressure.RPWC criterion is simpler and more intuitive than the PWC and ZC criterion. The plastic pressure fitting formula of RPWC criterion for header is reasonable, which can provide beneficial guideline for calculating the plastic pressure and selecting dimensional parameters in designing the plate-fin heat exchanger header with radial nozzle.
