摘要 为开发软质液体输送管线快速水力布站的移动终端应用,建立了合理的坐标系,以实现传统作图方法的数值化。分析表明,软质管线在内压作用下管径增大,水力坡度连续变化,首站进站压头不能等值传递到下游泵站。为此设计了大落差段检查与处置、翻越点判断、泵站数量计算、泵站布置的计算方法。在实际地形和设计条件下的布站实践表明,该算法能够实现泵站负荷均衡、动压分布合理。 To develop the mobile device-based application for fast hydraulic design of the liquid transfer hose line,a proper coordination was set up to transform the traditional graphical method to numerical process.Analyses indicated that the inlet head of the first station cannot be equally transmitted to the successive stations due to the expansion of the hose pipe and continuous change of hydraulic gradient under internal working pressure.Numerical methods were proposed to check and deal with the extremely steep slope along the pipeline route,to identify the hydraulic drop point near the end of line,to calculate the needed stations number,and to place the pumping stations.A demonstration design was conducted based on real terrain and design condition.The results were combinations of even pumping station workloads and reasonable distribution of dynamic pressure.
