摘要 通过在感应耦合电能传输(ICPT)系统的发射侧和接收侧分别施加补偿电路,提高ICPT系统的传输功率和效率,建立了以DSP28335为核心的LCL谐振型感应电能传输系统的实验样机。通过对LCL谐振型感应电能传输系统的发射线圈恒流特性实验研究,分析验证了传输功率、传输效率与传输距离的关系。结果表明,ICPT系统发射线圈电流在变负载和变传输距离的影响下几乎保持恒定,有利于系统的稳定、可靠运行;优化互感值并选取适当的互感值可以达到电流增益与传输效率的优化匹配,从而使ICPT系统运行于期望状态。 The innovative project improves the transmission power and efficiency of the ICPT system by applying compensation circuits on the transmitting side and the receiving side of the inductive power transmission system,and establishes an experimental prototype of the LCL resonant induction power transmission system with DSP28335 as the core. The experimental study on the constant current characteristics of the transmitting coil of the LCL resonant induction power transmission system is carried out. The relationship between transmission power,transmission efficiency and transmission distance is verified. The experimental results show that the ICCU transmit coil current is almost constant under the influence of variable load and variable transmission distance,which is beneficial to the stable and reliable operation of the system. Optimizing the mutual inductance value and selecting the appropriate mutual inductance value can achieve the optimal matching of current gain and transmission efficiency,so that the ICPT system can operate in the desired state.
