摘要
在创新性本科教学中,讲解电动汽车驱动用开关磁阻电机时,需要一种合适的仿真实验方法。从通用性与实时动态性出发,提出了一种结合两种软件的车载开关磁阻电机仿真方法,来代替硬件实验设施。利用MagNet软件提供的瞬态场有限元计算实现对车载开关磁阻电机的非线性建模,利用该软件的插件将其建模结果融入到Simulink库里,利用Simulink搭建包含了BP神经网络、模糊开关角、转矩分配函数法等复杂控制算法的转速、电流双闭环控制仿真电路,该仿真电路的输出作为动态激励,施加到车载开关磁阻电机的有限元求解域,再利用MagNet计算该动态激励下的瞬态场,得到该车载开关磁阻电机的仿真结果。这些仿真结果经过了实验证明是合理可靠的。因此,由软件实现的该仿真实验方法可以作为讲解与操作电动汽车驱动用开关磁阻电机的教学工具,安装在实验室电脑内,节省教学成本。
In the innovative undergraduate teaching,a suitable simulation method is needed for explaining the switched reluctance motor for electric vehicle driving. In this paper,a simulation method of on-board switched reluctance motor is proposed based on generality and dynamic characteristics. The nonlinear modeling of on-board switched reluctance motor is realized by using the transient field finite element calculation provided by MAGNET software. Using the plug-in of the MAGNET software,the modeling results are integrated into the SIMULINK library,and the simulation circuit including BP neural network,fuzzy switching angle,torque distribution function and other complex control algorithms are built by using SIMULINK. The output of the simulation circuit is applied to the solution domain of the on-board switched reluctance motor as a dynamic excitation. The transient field under the dynamic excitation is calculated by using MAGNET,and the simulation results of the on-board switched reluctance motor are obtained. The simulation results show that the simulation method is reasonable and feasible and can be used as a simulation tool for the study of switched reluctance motors for electric vehicles. Therefore,the simulation experiment method realized by the software can be used as a teaching tool to explain and operate the switched reluctance motor for electric vehicle drive,which can be installed in the laboratory computer and save the teaching cost.
