摘要
以校企育人文化融合培养研究生IT创新人才为指导,并以杭州电子科技大学-华为通信技术有限公司研究生合作培养为例,对校企联合培养机制进行了实践探索,构建了校企文化融合育人和全过程校企合作联合培养研究生的教育教学体系。主要体现为一个模块(企业课程模块)、三类项目(文化融合项目、工程实践项目和研究生创新项目)和两种制度(双导师制和联合管理制度),以竞赛为驱动,实现持续发展。实践表明,通过育人文化深度融合,实现多层次全方位的一体化全过程联合育人,经过8年合作,培养了一批有较强创新实践能力、适应IT行业需求的高端应用创新人才,已有1000余名毕业生入职华为,在育人文化融合基础上造就了共赢的良好局面。
With cultivating postgraduate for IT innovation talents through university-enterprise education culture as the guide,taking Hangzhou Dianzi University and Huawei Communication Technology Co.,Ltd.as a case,we conducted practical explorations on university-enterprise co-cultivation mechanism,and focused on the integration of universityenterprise culture and education and university-enterprise cooperation in the whole process.Driven by competition to achieve sustainable development,the co-cultivation mechanism mainly embodied in one module(corporate curriculum module),three types of projects(cultural fusion project,engineering practice project and postgraduate innovation project)and two systems(dual-supervisory system and joint management system).The practice shows that a multi-level and all-round integration process for joint education is realized through the deep integration of education culture.After 8 years of cooperation,we have cultivated a group of talents with strong innovation and practical abilities to meet the needs of the IT industry.Up to now,more than 1000 postgraduates have joined Huawei to create a win-win situation based on the integration of education culture.
