摘要
医科院校实验室是医学人才培养、科学研究、社会服务的基地,设备与实验室管理部门作为医科院校的设备采购与实验室管理的保障服务单位,应主动谋划设备与实验室管理体制的改革创新和管理方式的调整,充分做好教育教学和科学研究的保障服务工作。通过南方医科大学开展的相关管理工作实践,转变管理理念及管理体制改革,对设备采购和实验室管理存在的各类问题进行了梳理分析,提出了管理改革的实施路径,逐步建立起科学有效的流程化和模块化管理模式,进一步优化内部结构和运行机制,创新管理考核模式,在设备采购、试剂耗材管理、实验室安全建设等方面取得了一定效果,不断提升教学科研服务保障能力。
The laboratory of medical college is the base of medical personnel training,scientific research and social service.As the guarantee service unit of equipment purchase and laboratory management in medical college,the management department of equipment and laboratory should actively plan the reform and innovation of equipment and laboratory management system and the adjustment of management mode,and fully do the guarantee service work of education,teaching and scientific research.In this paper,through the relevant management practice of Southern Medical University,through the transformation of management concept and management system reform,the problems existing in equipment procurement and laboratory management are analyzed,the implementation path of management reform is proposed,and a scientific and effective process and modular management mode is gradually established to further optimize the internal structure and operation mechanism and innovate.The mode of management and assessment has achieved certain results in equipment procurement,reagent consumables management,laboratory safety construction,etc.,and constantly improved the service guarantee ability of teaching and research.
