引力熵模型下雄安与京津冀地区融合发展研究

Research on the Integrative Development of Xiong’an and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region Based on Gravitational Entropy Model

建立雄安新区是党中央提出的一项重大发展策略,新区的建立不仅可以缓解京津大城市病问题,还可以更好地促进京津冀区域协同发展。文章梳理了我国学者不同角度下对新区与京津冀融合发展研究的相关文献,从经济、社会和生态三个系统构建雄安与京津冀协同发展的评价指标体系,利用引力熵模型对新区与京津冀之间的协同发展指数以及经济距离进行界定,建立一个从空间区域视角出发的"新区与京津冀区域引力"模型。同时,运用该模型测算京津两大城市的引力值以及新区与周边地区的引力强度,为京津冀区域的梯度发展、京津冀城市群规划布局的实施提供一种新的研究思路,也为新区与京津冀之间更好融合发展提供对策。

The establishment of Xiong’an New District is a major development strategy proposed by the Party Central Committee.The establishment of the new district will not only ease the problem of Beijing-Tianjin metropolitan diseases,but also better promote the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.This paper combs the relevant literatures of Chinese scholars on the development of the integration of the new district and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei from different angles,and constructs the evaluation index system of the coordinated development of Xiong’an and Beijing-TianjinHebei from the three systems of economy,society and ecology.By using the gravitational entropy model,defines the synergistic development index and economic distance between the new district and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and establishes a model of "new district and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional gravity" from the perspective of spatial region.At the same time,this paper uses this model to measure the gravity value of Beijing and Tianjin as well as the gravitational intensity of the new district and surrounding areas,which provides a new research way for the problems of the high drop of the regional economic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,the siphonage effect of Beijing and Tianjin and the implementation of the planning and layout of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration,and also provides countermeasures for the better integrative development between the new district and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
