新高考改革实施中的困境与突破路径 被引量:3

摘要 自2014年新高考改革启动以来,新高考在落实素质教育、促进学生个性化全面发展、化解一考定终身、唯分数论等方面取得了斐然成绩。但是新高考改革实施过程中却依然存在教育行政部门的"路径依赖"、高中学校的"道德风险"与"被俘现象"、社会力量的信任不足与改革氛围不良、高中教师胜任力亟须提升、高中学生学校适应性有待加强等问题。有鉴于此,应加强教育行政机构创新意识,提升实施效果;弘扬契约精神,优化对高中的约束制度;及时回应民众关切,净化社会改革环境;完善培训激励机制,提升教师胜任力;深化学校课程变革,提升学生适应性。 Since the launch of the new college entrance examination reformin 2014,it has made remarkable achievements in implementing quality-oriented education,promoting students’individualized and allround development,resolving the problem of one-exam-for-life and focusingonlyon scores.However there are still some problems,such as path dependence of educational administration,"moral hazard"and"captive phenomenon"in senior high schools,trust lack of the public and bad reform atmosphere,senior high school teachers’competency needing to be improved and senior high school students’adaptability needing to be strengthened.The effective ways to solve the problems include strengthening the innovation consciousness of educational administration,carrying forward contract spirit and optimizing restriction system for senior high schools,responding promptly to publicconcerns,improving training incentive mechanism to promoting teachers’competency,and deepening the school curriculum reform to improve students’adaptability.
