数据包络分析也被称作是DEA,其通过数据规划模型来对特定的输入输出进行评价,进而看出各个部门间存在的非参数统计是否有效。以投入产出的数据开展量纲归一,通过数据包络分析法的应用来评估省级电子政务具备的绩效,以此来投入产出角度对决策单元的DEA是否有效进行综合探究,同时将非EDA有效决策单元的造成移速和程度进行指明,进而向政府部门进行有效管理信息的提供,为相关单位的实际决策提供相应依据。

Data envelopment analysis is also known as DEA.It evaluates specific input and output through data planning models,and then sees whether the non-parameter statistics existing between various departments are valid.Using input-output data to carry out dimension normalization,through the application of data envelopment analysis method to assess the performance of provincial e-government,in order to put into output angle to comprehensively explore whether the DEA of the decision-making unit is effective,At the same time,it points out the speed and degree of the non-EDA effective decision-making unit,and then provides the government departments with effective management information,providing corresponding basis for the actual decision-making of the relevant units.
