基于参加国赛和承办省赛的经验和体会,不断探索环境工程技术专业人才培养新模式,从人才培养方案、课程设置、师资队伍建设和人才培养质量等方面探讨职业技能大赛对职业院校环境工程技术专业人才培养的影响。

Based on the experience and experience of participating in national and provincial competitions,this paper continuously explores the new mode of talent training for environmental engineering specialty,and explores the influence of professional skill competition on talent training of Environmental Engineering Specialty in Vocational Colleges from aspects of talent training scheme,curriculum setting,teacher team building and talent training quality.
