高职院校实施现代学徒制的可行性探究——基于商科类专业学徒身份的视角

Study on Feasibility of Applying the"Modern Apprenticeship"to Higher Vocational College——based on the perspective of apprenticeship of business majors

现代学徒制是近年来兴起的职业教育的新模式,把握现代学徒制的内涵,研究其人才培养模式的特征,对于进一步发展高等职业教育有莫大助益。本文以商科类专业学徒身份的研究为视角,探索该专业培养模式的可行性和特色,从而更深入地探寻职业教育发展的内在规律,为现代学徒制在不同专业的实施提供依据。

Modern apprenticeship is a new mode of vocational education that has emerged in recent years.Grasping the connotation of modern apprenticeship and studying the characteristics of its talent training mode is of great help to the further development of vocational education.This paper explores the feasibility and characteristics of the professional training model from the perspective of the apprenticeship of business majors,so as to explore the internal laws of vocational education development in depth,and provide a basis for the implementation of modern apprenticeship in different professions.
