中医辨证保健概念的提出及理论探讨

Theoretical discussion on the concept of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiating health care

疾病谱的变化和医学模式的转变,凸显了预防保健和治未病在人们追求健康中的重要地位,也有利于中医药在慢病预防中优势的发挥,为中医辨证保健理论的提出和发展提供了社会历史条件。文章以继承发扬为宗旨,在历史背景、实施特性、实践应用等方面研究的基础上,首次明确提出中医辨证保健的概念及内涵,探讨辨证保健的理论构架与发展思路,为实现现代社会环境条件下保健的精准和整体的辩证统一提供理论指导和思想方法。

The changes of disease spectrum and medical model have highlighted the importance of preventive health care and preventive treatment of disease in people’s pursuit of health,which is beneficial to the exertion of the superiority of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the prevention of chronic diseases.It provides social and historical conditions for the advancement and development of TCM dialectical health care theory as well.We take inheritance and development as our purpose,the concept and connotation of TCM dialectical health care are firstly put forward on the basis of researches of historical background,implementation characteristics and practical application.Through this article we explore the theoretical framework and development ideas of dialectical health care,and provide theoretical guidance and ideological methods for the precise and overall dialectical unity of health care under the conditions of modern social environment.
