摘要
睡眠行为是人的基本生理现象。《黄帝内经》认为卫气从阳入阴就能睡眠,如有外邪客居脏腑,阳气不得入于阴,就会导致“目不瞑”。《黄帝内经》还认为老年人“不夜瞑”、年轻人“不昼瞑”也是自然生理现象。《黄帝内经》对于睡眠的认知还具有养生意义,把握好睡眠行为,就会蓄养人体的阳气,阳气足即可延年益寿。北宋道家养生名士陈抟所创立的睡功养生之术与《黄帝内经》的旨意具有异曲同工之妙。
Sleep behavior is a basic physiological phenomenon.According to the Huangdi Neijing,we sleep when wei qi enters the yin from yang.If there are external evils living in the viscera,yang qi can not enter yin,which will lead to‘eyes do not sleep in peace’.According to the Huangdi Neijing,it is also a natural physiological phenomenon that the old people‘fail to sleep in peace at night’and the young people‘fail to sleep in peace in the daytime’.Huangdi Neijing also has health significance for the cognition of sleep.If we can grasp the sleep behavior well,we will store the body’s yang qi,which can prolong our life.CHEN Tuan,a famous Taoist health preservation scholar in the Northern Song dynasty,created the technique of sleeping skill health preservation,which is similar to the purport of Huangdi Neijing.
