文章从陇中正骨学术流派的特色诊疗理念和原则“整体辨证、内外兼治、筋骨并重”出发,简要归纳总结上述特色诊疗理念在创伤、脊柱、关节类的骨伤科多发和常见疾病的诊疗思想,从各类骨伤病种的手法和药物进行综述整理,旨在推广陇中正骨学术流派在临床治疗中的有效性手段,提高临床应用率。

This article started from the characteristics and principles of the special diagnosis and treatment of Longzhong orthopedics academic school,‘integral syndrome differentiation,internal and external treatment,and stress on both sides tendon and bone’,this paper summarized the thoughtd of the abovementioned special diagnosis and treatment concept in the trauma,spine,joints,orthopedics and common diseases,and summarized the methods and internal medicines of various diseases,aiming to promote the effective means of clinical treatment of academic school of the sacral bones to improve clinical application.
