张仲景桂枝汤加减芍药类方辨析与临床运用

文章重在辨析桂枝汤加减芍药类方的运用方法,探讨本类方在因误汗、误下、误火所导致的,欲作结胸、太阴病、虚劳、惊悸、水饮、肺痿、不寐等疾病证治中的使用规律,并引《伤寒论》原文为证,论述《伤寒论》第28条去桂枝还是去芍药问题的关键是脉象,脉沉去桂枝,脉浮去芍药,并列举小建中汤、桂枝去芍药加蜀漆龙骨牡蛎救逆汤为典型案例加以说明,以求临证不惑。

This paper focuses on analyzing the application method of Guizhi Decoction modified Shaoyao categorized formulas,to discuss the application rule of this kind of prescriptions in treating diseases such as chest binding syndrome,Taiyin disease,consumptive disease,fright palpitation,fluid retention syndrome,lung flaccidity,insomnia,and so on arising from erroneous diaphoresis,purgative and cauterize method.Based on Shanghan Lun original text No.28th that the key to remove Guizhi or peony,is the pulse condition,which should be the pulse sinking to remove Guizhi and the pulse floating to remove peony.Applications of Xiaojianzhong Decoction and Guizhi Subtract shaoyao Add Shuqi Longgu Muli Jiuni Decoction were enumerated as typical cases for explanation.
