从“形神合一”理论浅谈针刺治神

Treating spirit by acupuncture based on‘soma and spirit harmonization’theory

“形神合一”理论是中医理论的重要组成部分,《黄帝内经》认为形与神二者不可分离,形依赖神的统摄,神又依附于形而存在。治神是针刺取得良好效果的前提,心脑与神紧密相关,针刺治神重在心脑同调。此外,针刺治神应贯穿于整个针刺过程,医患双方必须相互理解,互相配合,才能够全面治神。从医者和患者两个方面,将针刺过程分为察神、调神、守神、养神4部分。临床上针刺治疗的疗效与治神密切相关,从中医“形神合一”的理论来探讨针刺治神,旨在提高临床针灸疗效。

As an important part of traditional Chinese Medicine,‘soma and spirit harmonization’theory in Huangdi Neijing means that the spirit and the body are intertwined components:the body is governed by the spirit and the existence of spirit relies on the body.Treating spirit is one of the preconditions of effective acupuncture treatment.The heart and brain are closely connected with spirit while regulating the brain and the heart jointly is key to treating spirit in acupuncture.Besides,treating spirit should be embodied during the whole process of acupuncture.Patients and doctors are obliged to understand and cooperate with each other for a thorough treating of spirit.To the operator and the patients,there are several parts,observing the spirit,regulating the spirit,paying full attention to the spirit and nourishing the spirit in the acupuncture process.The effectiveness of acupuncture is closely related to the fulfillment of treating spirit in the clinic.The article aims to explore treating spirit in acupuncture on the basis of soma and spirit harmonization'theory so as to improve the curative effect of the acupuncture.
