基于循证中医药学的糖尿病前期临床研究探析

Clinical research of pre-diabetes based on evidence-based Chinese medicine

糖尿病前期是正常人发展到糖尿病的中间状态。中医药干预糖尿病前期是中医治未病理论的重要体现。循证中医药学为糖尿病前期中医药防治临床疗效评价提供了科学有效的方法。依据循证中医药学证据分级体系,《糖尿病前期中医药循证临床实践指南》对糖尿病前期中医药防治证据进行分级推荐。目前,糖尿病前期中医药防治循证研究基础薄弱、高质量循证证据不足、现有证据体宽度不够、证据评价体系不健全等一系列科学问题需要探索与解决。符合中医药临床实践规律的原始研究以及循证证据分级体系下指南制定研究需要进一步推进以促进糖尿病前期中医药临床防治能力。

Pre-diabetes is an intermediate state from normal people to diabetes.The intervention of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in pre-diabetes is an important embodiment of the theory of treating before the disease.Evidence-based Chinese medicine provides a scientific and effective method for the clinical evaluation of TCM prevention and treatment in pre-diabetes.According to the evidence-based TCM evidence grading system,the Evidence-based Clinical Practice Guidelines for Pre-diabetes Mellitus is used to recommend the evidence for the prevention and treatment of pre-diabetes.At present,the prevention and treatment of TCM in pre-diabetes have a series of scientific problems such as weak evidence research foundation,lack of high-quality evidence,insufficient width of existing evidence body and imperfect evidence evaluation system that need to be explored and solved.It needs further reinforcement to promote the clinical prevention and treatment ability of pre-diabetes Chinese medicine for the original research in accordance with the law of clinical practice of TCM and the development of guidelines under the evidence-based grading system.
