以九针为例浅论关于针具发展及标准制定的思考

Thinking on the development of needle tools and the formulation of standards:Nine needles as an example

针灸标准化的不一性问题一直是针灸国际化进程中的阻碍,当前针灸无痛化、无菌化的发展趋势极大限制了针具多元的发展和应用。目前临床针具多以毫针及锋针为主,其余针具已渐近失传,针具其单一化削弱了针灸治疗特色,建立一种验而有效的针具标准迫在眉睫。文章以九针理论基础,从针具发展的角度阐述针具的材质、规格等方面对临床疗效的影响,总结其对现代针具的启示,结合新式针具创制深化特点提出建立基于生理病理效应的针具标准的概念,为完善针具创制、应用及推动针具标准化进程提供新思路。

The inconsistency of standardization of acupuncture and moxibustion has always been an obstacle in the process of internationalization of acupuncture and moxibustion.The development trend of painless and aseptic acupuncture and moxibustion has greatly limited the development and application of needle tools.At present,most of the clinical needles are filiform needles and sharp needles.The rest of the needles have gradually disappeared.The simplification of needles weakens the characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment.It is urgent to establish an effective standard for needles.Based on the nine needles theory,this paper expounds the influence of needle material and specifications on clinical efficacy from the point of view of needle development.It summarizes its enlightenment on modern needle,combines the characteristics of deepening the creation of new needle,and puts forward the concept of establishing needle standard based on physiological and pathological effects,in order to improve the creation and application of needle,and provide new ideas for needle standardization process.
