摘要
卵巢低反应是影响辅助生殖中妊娠结局的主要原因之一,目前诊断标准和干预方法尚未统一,给其诊断及治疗带来一定的困难。文章详细介绍了近年来卵巢低反应的几种诊断标准及中医干预方法,阐明了中医手段预治疗对改善卵巢低反应患者结局的有效性,并指出存在的问题和今后的研究方向。
Poor ovarian response(POR)is one of the main reasons affecting pregnancy outcome in assisted reproduction.Currently,diagnostic criterias and intervention methods have not been unified,so it brings some difficulties to the diagnosis and treatment.This paper introduced the diagnostic criterias and TCM interventions of POR in recent years,and show the efficacy of TCM pretreatment at improving POR.We also point out the problems and directions for future research.
