文章综述不同针灸技术联合应用的临床效果研究进展。通过对国内外相关文献的归类分析,总结了古今针灸技术在治疗疾病时的应用情况,并阐述了不同针灸技术联合应用的临床效果评价和效应机制等方面的研究,结果表明不同针灸技术联合应用在临床上虽已普遍存在,但缺乏具体的应用原则和操作规范,至今没有形成统一的应用指南,鲜有对单一针灸技术和不同针灸技术联合治疗同一疾病的差异研究,且相关实验研究开展也较少。因此开展不同针灸技术联合应用的临床研究,探索针对不同疾病制定相应针灸技术联合的操作指南,具有重要的现实意义。

This article reviews the research progress in the clinical effects of different acupuncture and moxibustion techniques.By classifying and analyzing the related literatures at home and abroad,summarizing the application of ancient and modern acupuncture techniques in treating diseases,and stating clinical evaluation and effect mechanism of different acupuncture and moxibustion methods.The results show that although the combined application of different acupuncture techniques has become widespread in clinical practice,it lacks specific application principles and operating standards,and has not yet formed a unified application guide.And related experimental research is also less developed.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out relevant clinical research and explore the operation guidelines for the combination of acupuncture and moxibustion technology for different diseases.
