Research progress of TCM of SAPHO syndrome

SAPHO综合征是由滑膜炎、痤疮、脓疱病、骨质增生和骨炎所组成的一种罕见病。古代中医无此病名,缺少对本病的记载。现代中医学者对本病的认识多局限与临床病例报道中。故文章针对SAPHO综合征的中医病因病机、证候分型,以及中医药治疗等方面的研究进展给予报道,为临床学习与治疗该疾病提供便捷与思路。

SAPHO syndrome is a rare disease characterized by synovitis,acne,pustulosis,hyperostosis,and osteitis.TCM lacked the name and the record of this disease.Modern TCM scholars have limited knowledge of the disease and usually confine to the clinical case reports.So,this paper reports about TCM etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome types and Chinese medicine treatment of SAPHO syndrome in order to provide convenience and thinking for clinical learning and treatment of the disease.
