中医古籍关于孕妇感疫防治方剂的配伍规律

Compatible characteristics about prevention and treatment of pregnant women’s plague in ancient Chinese medicine books

目的:分析中医古籍中防治孕妇瘟疫的方剂用药配伍思路,为临床提供可靠参考。方法:查找中医古籍中特别标明具有防治孕妇瘟疫作用的方剂,分析其用药规律及配伍特点。结果:所研究的中医古籍中特别标明孕妇感疫的防治方剂总体数量偏少,仅15首。其用方既有内服,亦有外用,用药有其鲜明特色。组方规律与普通瘟疫用方多有不同,在用解表散邪药时多加入补虚药。结论:孕妇感疫的防治方剂配伍特点为:邪郁于肺,辛苦宣降;益气养血,扶正祛邪;选药平稳,勿以刚猛;香燥有毒,皆不可用。

Objective:To analyze the thought of herbs combination in Chinese medicine literature to prevent and control the plague of pregnant women,and to provide reference for clinical using.Methods:To analyze its herbs use and characteristics of capability after searching the ancient Chinese medicine books especially marked with the prevention and treatment of pregnant women’s plague formulas.Results:The overall number of plague prevention and treatment formulas for pregnant women in ancient medical was small,only 15 was founded.There were both internal prescriptions and external treatments,external medicine has its distinct characteristics.Using herbs for relieving exterior syndromes with the tonic herbs,its formulas compatibility characteristic was largely different from usual plague ones.Conclusion:In the ancient prescriptions for the treatment of plague in pregnant women,the using characters as follows:First,evil lives in lung,pungent opening and bitter descending;Secondly,replenishing qi and blood,and strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factor;Thirdly,using moderate herbs rather than sharply;Lastly,aromatic and poisonous herbs not be used.
