Analysis of volatile components of Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.)A.DC.and its processed products by HS-SPME-GC-MS

摘要 目的:对桔梗生品、清炒品和蜜炙品中的挥发性成分进行分析和比较。方法:采用顶空固相微萃取-气质联用技术(HS-SPME-GC-MS)对桔梗及其炮制品挥发性成分进行提取、分析和鉴定。结果:从桔梗生品及其炮制品中分离并鉴定出43种成分,主要为烷烃、醛类和酮类;从桔梗生品中分离出33个峰,鉴定出24个成分,占挥发性成分的87.36%;从清炒品中分离出17个峰,鉴定出16个成分,占挥发性成分的94.78%;从蜜炙品中分离出19个峰,鉴定出16个成分,占挥发性成分的90.56%。桔梗生品和清炒品挥发性成分差异明显,与蜜炙品挥发性成分差异相对较小。生品与蜜炙品的共有挥发性成分有11种,蜜炙后烷烃类成分含量明显减少,醛类成分含量明显增多。结论:桔梗及其炮制品中的挥发性成分组成差异大,这些差异为桔梗资源的合理利用提供了物质基础。 Objective:To Analyze and compare the volatile constituents in Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.)A.DC.,stirfried products and honey processed products.Methods:The volatile constituents in different processed products of Platycodon grndiflorum(Jacq.)A.DC.were extracted,analyzed and identified by head-spacesolid-phasemicro-extraction(HS-SPME)combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometer(GC-MS).Results:There are 43 constituents detected and identified,mainly hydrocarbons,aldehydes and ketones.33 peaks were detected from the raw products of Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.)A.DC.,24 components were identified,accounting for 87.36%of volatile components;17 components were detected from stirfried products,16 components were identified,accounting for 94.78%of the volatile constituents;19 peaks were detected from honey products,16 components were identified,accounting for 90.56%of the volatile constituents.The volatile components of Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.)A.DC.and stir-fried products were totally different from each other,and the difference with the volatile constituents of the honey-flavored product was relatively small.There are 11 kinds of constituents in common between raw products and honey products.Compared with the raw products of Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.)A.DC.,the content of hydrocarbons decreased,but the content of aldehyde components increased after honey processing.Conclusion:The composition of volatile components of platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.)A.DC.changed obviously that compared with those of raw materials,which provides material basis for utilization of medicinal plants resources.
