基于图论的原穴电敏化规律研究——针灸机器人智能配穴拓扑参数的临床验证 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探索基于图论的特征向量中心度加权校正算法对表现腹泻型肠易激综合征、后循环缺血性眩晕患者电敏原穴特征的价值,验证用于机器人智能配穴的拓扑参数。方法:以《针灸甲乙经》《针灸大成》《经络腧穴学》中的经穴名及其主治建立穴-症网络;测量患者及健康受试者的原穴电导值作为穴位敏化的物理表征,引入拓扑参数进行校正。结果:经过特征向量中心度的加权校正,腹泻型肠易激综合征、后循环缺血性眩晕患者的原穴电导值均高于健康受试者(P<0.05),原始值的差异无统计学意义。结论:基于特征向量中心度的校正算法可度量不同原穴在诊断中重要性的差异,初步证明了网络模型拓扑参数的临床效度,为针灸智能化提供了具体思路和方法。 Objective:To explore the law of electrosensitive of Yuan point in patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome or posterior circulation ischemic vertigo;and to apply the weighted average score algorithm of feature vector centrality based on graph theory and verify the topological parameters for acupoint compatibility of acupuncture robot.Methods:Establish the acupoint-symptom network based on the information of acupoints and their indications from A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,Meridian and Acupencture,included patients meeting the diagnostic criteria as observation objects,collect electrical conductance value of Yuan point as acupoint sensitization data,and the topological parameters obtained by modeling were introduced to calculate the weighted average.Results:According to the weighted average algorithm of eigenvector centrality degree,the Yuan point conductance correction values of patients with IBS-D and posterior circulation ischemic vertigo were all higher than those of healthy subjects(P<0.05),while the difference of original conductance values was not statistically significant.Conclusion:The correction algorithm based on the centrality of eigenvector can measure the difference of each Yuan point for diagnosis,which initially proves the clinical validity of the topological parameters of the network model,and provides specific ideas and methods for the intelligent acupuncture.
