“髋膝同调”方法治疗膝骨关节炎的依据探讨

Discussion on the theory of‘hip and knee homological treatment’in treating knee osteoarthritis

中医针灸治疗膝骨关节炎病具有很大的优势,通过文献分析发现多种针法治疗部位均以膝关节局部为主,其远期效果亦尚不理想。为了进一步提升膝骨关节炎的疗效,文章依据张文勇调衡针灸理论,并经过多例临床案例的总结,提出“髋膝同调”治疗膝骨关节炎。通过对人体膝关节、髋关节的解剖特点及生理功能的解释,根据关节整体性、相关性及关节联动理论,分析髋关节和膝关节间的生理和病理联系,从理论上探讨“髋膝同调”方法治疗膝骨关节炎的优势和可行性,为临床外治法治疗膝骨关节炎提供新的治疗思路。

Traditional Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion have great advantages in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Through literature analysis,it was found that most of the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment targets local knee joints,in which the long-term effect was not ideal.Based on ZHANG Wen-yong’s Chinese Tiaoheng acupuncture theory and the summary from several clinical cases,this paper proposes the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with‘hip and knee homological treatment’for enhancing the effect.Through the anatomical features and physiological function of the knee and hip,and concepts of joint integrity and joint linkage,this paper aims to analyze the physiological and pathological links between the hip and knee,discuss the advantages and feasibility of the theory of‘hip and knee homological treatment’in treating knee osteoarthritis,as well as providing new treatment ideas for knee joint osteoarthritis.
