络脉-玄府理论与慢性复杂性疾病的关系研究

探究络脉-玄府理论与慢性复杂性疾病之间的关系,结合慢性复杂性疾病的临床特点,从精微论治看,其核心病机为“络虚邪瘀”“玄府郁闭”;认为慢性复杂性疾病均存在阴阳气血失调,表里寒热错杂,久病多虚、久病多瘀,久病入络、久痛入络,络脉瘀阻,玄府闭塞的病机特点;由此提出扶正祛邪、攻补兼施,益气和血、祛瘀通络,开通玄府、承制调平的治疗原则;络脉通畅,玄府通利,是气血调和,阴阳平衡的基本法则。

This study aimed at exploring the relationship between collaterals-Xuanfu theory and chronic complex diseases.Combined with the clinical characteristics of chronic complex diseases,from the point of view of subtle treatments,the core pathogenesis of chronic complex diseases is collaterals deficiency and pathogenic stasis,Xuanfu stagnation.It is considered that all chronic complex diseases have the characteristics of imbalance of yin-yang,qi and blood,intermingled cold and heat and superficies and interior,deficiency,blood stasis,collaterals stagnation due to prolonged illness,collaterals and Xuanfu stagnation.Therefore,therapeutic principles of strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factor,reinforcement and elimination in combination,benefiting qi for activating blood circulation,dispelling stasis for removing obstruction in collaterals,dredging Xuanfu,and regulating yin-yang,qi and blood balance are put forward.Smooth collaterals and Xuanfu is the basic rule of qi and blood harmony,yin and yang balance.
