艾灸配合耳穴压豆干预维持性血液透析患者睡眠障碍效果分析

An Analysis of Effect of Moxibustion Combined with Pressure on Auricular Points with Beans on Patients Undergoing Maintenance Hemodialysis with Sleep Disorders

目的:观察艾灸配合耳穴压豆干预维持性血液透析(MHD)患者睡眠障碍的临床疗效及对生活质量的影响。方法:选取120例符合要求的患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组睡前口服地西泮片。观察组每晚睡前艾灸涌泉、足三里和三阴交,并采用耳穴压豆进行干预。疗程均为4周。治疗前后评定匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分和肾脏疾病生活质量简表(KDQOL-SF)评分。比较2组的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组7项因子评分与PSQI总分均较治疗前下降(P<0.01),KDQOL-SF评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.01)。观察组PSQI 7项因子评分与总分均低于对照组(P<0.01),KDQOL-SF评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:艾灸配合耳穴压豆干预MHD患者睡眠障碍可显著改善睡眠情况,提高患者的生活质量,临床疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of moxibustion combined with pressure on auricular points with beans on patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis(MHD) with sleep disorders and its effect on quality of life. Methods:A total of 120 patients meeting the requirements were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,60 cases in each group. The control group was given oral administration of 10 mg of diazepam tablets before sleep;the observation group was treated with moxibustion at yongquan(KI1),zusanli(ST36),sanyinjiao(SP6) points before sleep and was given pressure on auricular points with beans. Both groups were treated for four weeks. The scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) and Kidney Disease Quality of Life-Short Form(KDQOL-SF) before and after treatment were evaluated,and the clinical effect in the two groups was compared. Results:After treatment,the clinical effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group by rank-sum test(P<0.05). The scores of seven factors and total score of PSQI and the scores KDQOL-SF scores in the two groups were better when compared with those before treatment, differences being significant(P<0.01). The scores of seven factors and total score of PSQI in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01),while the score of KDQOL-SF was higher(P<0.01). Conclusion:The therapy of moxibustion combined with pressure on auricular points with beans, has significant therapeutic effect in treating patients undergoing sleep disorders,which can obviously improve the quality of sleep and quality of life.
