中医情志护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者不良情绪的影响

Effect of Chinese Medicine Emotional Nursing on Negative Emotions in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in Acute Exacerbation

目的:观察中医情志护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期患者不良情绪的影响。方法:选取COPD急性加重期患者86例,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组43例,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予中医情志护理。采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对2组干预前后的焦虑情况、抑郁情况进行比较,采用圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)评价生活质量,Morisky服药依从性量表评价治疗依从性。结果:干预后,2组HAMA、HAMD、SGRQ量表各维度评分均降低(P<0.05)。干预后组间比较,观察组HAMA、HAMD、SGRQ量表各维度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗依从性评分高于对照组(t=13.145,P<0.05)。结论:针对住院治疗的COPD急性加重期患者,在常规护理的基础上联合中医情志护理干预,有助于缓解其不良情绪,改善生活质量,提升治疗的依从性。

Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese medicine emotional nursing on negative emotions in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) in acute exacerbation. Methods:86 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD were selected. All patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the method of random numbers table, and 43 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care, and patients in the observation group were given emotional medicine nursing based on the control group. Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) were used to compare the anxiety and depression of the two groups before and after intervention. St George’s Scale(SGRQ) was used to evaluate the quality of life. Evaluation of treatment adherence with the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale. Results:After the intervention,the scores of HAMA,HAMD and SGRQ scale of all dimensions in the two groups decreased(P<0.05). After the intervention,the scores of HAMA,HAMD and SGRQ scale of all dimensions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The treatment compliance score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(t=13.145, P<0.05). Conclusion: Chinese medicine emotional nursing has good effect in intervening patients with COPD in acute exacerbation, which can improve negative emotions and promote the quality of life and treatment compliance with good application value.
