浅谈开阖枢理论在痹证中的应用

Brief Discussion on Application of Opening, Closing and Pivot Theory in Treating Impediment Syndrome

"开阖枢"理论肇始于《黄帝内经》,经仲景发挥,由后世医家不断完善,指导着中医药的临床实践,是中医基础理论的精华所在。从"开阖枢"角度探析痹证病因病机关键,求本溯源,从痹证不同病程阶段的矛盾解析其治疗要义,进一步理解治痹经典方剂的应用。

The theory of opening, closing and pivot originated from Huangdi Neijing, then was developed by ZHANG Zhongjing and other physicians in later ages. It is the essence of the basic theory of Chinese medicine,guiding the clinical practice of Chinese medicine. From the perspective of the theory, this paper discusses and analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of impediment syndrome to find its root. Besides,from the contradictions of different stages of impediment syndrome,the key to its treatment is analyzed for further understanding of the application of classical prescriptions for the syndrome.
