中医外治法治疗急性踝关节扭伤研究进展

Research Progress of External Treatment of Chinese Medicine for Acute Ankle Sprain

急性踝关节扭伤是临床常见的运动损伤,目前临床上治疗急性踝关节扭伤尚无统一标准,中医外治法治疗本病历史悠久,其疗效显著、不良反应小,临床应用广泛。笔者通过文献检索、查阅,对近几年中医外治法治疗急性踝关节扭伤进行总结,就其中针刺、推拿、药物贴敷及综合疗法进行分析和概述,旨在为急性踝关节扭伤的治疗提供临床思路。

Acute ankle sprain is a common type of sports injury in clinic.At present,there is no uniform standard for the treatment of acute ankle sprain in clinic.The external treatment of Chinese medicine has a long history in treating this disease,which has significant curative effect,few adverse reactions,and wide clinical application.Through literature retrieval and reference,the authors made a summary on the external treatment of Chinese medicine for acute ankle sprain in recent years,in which the treatments of acupuncture,massage,medicine application and comprehensive therapy were analyzed and summarized,in order to provide clinical ideas for the treatment of acute ankle sprain.
