补肾逐瘀通络汤联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病G3a期临床研究

Clinical Study of Bushen Zhuyu Tongluo Tang Combined with Western Medicine for Diabetic Kidney Disease in G3a Stage

目的:观察补肾逐瘀通络汤联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病(DKD)G3a期的临床疗效及对患者肾功能的影响。方法:选取104例DKD G3a期患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各52例。对照组给予格列喹酮片、缬沙坦胶囊治疗,观察组在此基础上增加补肾逐瘀通络汤治疗。于治疗结束后评价并对比2组临床疗效,对比2组治疗前后的肾功能指标。结果:观察组总有效率94.23%,对照组总有效率80.77%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、尿白蛋白与尿肌酐比值(ACR)、血清β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、胱抑素C(CysC)、血肌酐(SCr)、肾小球滤过率(eGFR)、血尿素氮(BUN)水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);观察组TGF-β1、ACR、β2-MG、CysC、SCr、eGFR、BUN水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾逐瘀通络汤联合西药治疗DKD G3a期,可以有效改善患者的肾功能,疗效优于单纯采用西药治疗。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Zhuyu Tongluo tang combined with western medicine for diabetic kidney disease(DKD)in G3a stage,and its effect on renal function.Methods:Selected 104 cases of patients with DKD in G3a stage,and divided them into the observation group and the control group according to random numble table,52 cases in each group.The control group received gliquidone tablets and valsartan capsules,while the observation group additionally received Bushen Zhuyu Tongluo tang.After treatment,elevated and compared the clinical effect in the two groups,and compared the indexes of renal function in the two groupsbefore and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 94.23%in the observation group and 80.77%in the control group,difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),ratio of urinary albumin to urine creatininec(ACR),serum β2-microglobulin(β2-MG),cystatin C(CysC),serum creatinine(SCr),eGFR and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of TGF-β1,ACR,β2-MG,CysC,SCr,glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)and BUN in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Bushen Zhuyu Tongluo tang combined with western medicine for DKD in G3a stage can effectively improve renal function,and it has better therapeutic effect than the application of simple western medicine.
