益气滋阴活血通络方治疗血虚型产后身痛临床研究

Clinical Study on Yiqi Ziyin Huoxue Tongluo Prescription for Postpartum Body Pain of Blood Deficiency Type

目的:观察益气滋阴活血通络方治疗血虚型产后身痛的临床疗效。方法:将收治的86例血虚型产后身痛患者采用随机数字表法分为2组各43例。对照组予以正清风痛宁缓释片,观察组予以益气滋阴活血通络方。比较2组临床疗效、评估治疗前、治疗1个月后症状体征积分,活动能力[疾病活动度评分(DAS28)],生活质量[健康调查简表(SF-36)]。结果:治疗1个月后,总有效率观察组97.67%,高于对照组81.40%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组症状体征积分、DAS28得分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组SF-36得分均高于治疗前,观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气滋阴活血通络方治疗有利于改善患者症状体征,提高其临床疗效和生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Ziyin Huoxue Tongluo prescription for postpartum body pain of blood deficiency type.Methods:A total of 86 patients with postpartum body pain of blood deficiency type were divided into two groups according to random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Zhengqing Fengtongning sustained release tablets,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Ziyin Huoxue Tongluo prescription.The clinical effect was compared;the scores of symptom and sign before treatment and after one-month treatment were evaluated;the activity ability and the quality of life were evaluated respectively by Disease Activity Score 28(DAS28)and 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)between the two groups.Results:After one month of treatment,the total effective rate was 97.67%in the observation group,higher than that of 81.40%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The scores of symptom and sign and DAS28 in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the decrease in the observation group was larger than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).The scores of SF-36 in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the increase in the observation group was larger than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Ziyin Huoxue Tongluo prescription is beneficial to the improvement of the symptoms and signs,the clinical effect and quality of life of patients.
