中医常规护理技术在预防胃癌化疗患者术后并发症中的应用

Application of Routine Nursing Techniques of Chinese Medicine on Prevention of Postoperative Complications in Gastric Cancer Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy

目的:探讨中医常规护理技术在预防胃癌化疗患者术后并发症中的应用。方法:选取化疗的胃癌患者120例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组在化疗期间给予常规西医护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予中医常规护理。比较2组护理效果及术后并发症的发生情况。结果:护理后,2组焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分较护理前降低,且观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,2组中医症状积分较护理前降低,且观察组中医症状积分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,2组社会功能、角色功能、躯体功能、情绪功能、整体功能评分均较护理前升高,且观察组社会功能、角色功能、躯体功能、情绪功能、整体功能评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为31.67%,显著低于对照组56.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医常规护理技术在胃癌患者化疗中应用效果较佳,可有效预防术后并发症,并改善患者负性情绪,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective:To study the application of routine nursing techniques of Chinese medicine on the prevention of postoperative complications in gastric cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 120 cases of gastric cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group.During the chemotherapy,the control group was given routine western medicine nursing,and the observation group was additionally given routine nursing of Chinese medicine based on the treatment of the control group.The nursing effect and the incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before nursing,and the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the Chinese medicine symptom scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before nursing,and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of social function,role function,body function,emotional function and the whole function in the two groups were all increased when compared with those before nursing,and the above scores in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 31.67%in the observation group,significantly lower than that of 56.67%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of routine nursing techniques of Chinese medicine has better effect on gastric cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy,which can effectively prevent postoperative complications,improve their negative emotions,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
