侦查科学化和法治化是新时代公安侦查工作的发展方向。伴随着风险社会的到来,经验型侦查决策明显很难适应社会发展需要,侦查工作也面临前所未有的挑战。基于信息技术发展,量化研究成为社会研究主要方向之一,也为侦查循证决策工作提供可能。区块链技术具有去中心化、分布式存储、透明性高、可追溯性等特点,为侦查决策科学化发展提供技术支持。根据当下社会发展的新趋势,结合公安侦查工作实践情况,以区块链技术本身特点为落脚点,提出侦查循证决策工作将从犯罪情报信息收集、情报信息管理、责任追究、跨区域协作等层面予以改进,同时也为侦查工作带来新的发展机遇。

Scientific and law-based investigation is the developing trend of public security investigation in the new era.With the advent of risk society,it is difficult for empirical investigation decision-making to meet the needs of social development,and the investigation work also faces unprecedented challenges.Based on the development of information technology,quantitative research has become one of the main directions of social research,which also provides the possibility for evidence-based decision-making in investigation.Block chain technology has the characteristics of decentralization,distributed storage,high transparency and traceability,providing technical support for the scientific development of investigation and decision-making.According to the new trend of social development,combining with the working practice of the investigation,taking the characteristics of block chain technology itself as the foothold,this paper puts forward the investigation of evidence-based decision-making work be improved from the criminal intelligence information collection,information management,responsibility,and cross-regional coordination level and at the same time bring new development opportunities to detective work.
