摘要
履带装置对工程机械性能和寿命至关重要。以履带核心部件——链轨节与轴套的过盈配合压装过程为分析对象,借助ANSYS有限元分析软件并利用单因素法进行了静力学仿真分析,计算出不同过盈量下配合面接触应力和塑性变形的数据,得到链轨节与轴套的过盈配合应力分布情况。结论显示,链轨节与轴套的过盈配合过盈量超过0.39 mm时链节发生塑性变形,而通过增大径向实体尺寸可减小链轨节薄弱处变形和应力数值,一定程度上可提高履带可靠性。研究结果和实施为一般的非对称包容件的过盈配合提供一种新的方法和数值参考。
Track is critical to the performance and longevity of construction machinery.The core component——chain link and bushing,as the research object,whose interference fit and press-fit process was studied.Both the finite element analysis software ANSYS&the single factor method were used for static simulation,and data was calculated about mating surface stress and deformation under different shrink range,and the stress distribution were got.The conclusion shows that the plastic deformation of the chain link occurs when the interference exceeds 0.39 mm.However,by increasing the radial solid size,the deformation and stress values of the link section weakening can be reduced,improving the reliability of the track to a certain extent.The above findings and implementations provide a new channel and numerical reference for the interference fit of a general asymmetric containment.
