摘要
电机作为电能转换的重要部件,其性能的好坏直接影响多个领域的发展。电机性能测试是保证电机质量的关键环节之一。传统的电机性能测试试验方法对测试人员的能力和精力要求很高,造成试验成本居高不下。针对新能源汽车等使用的永磁同步电机稳态性能测试问题,包括初始旋变角度、空载异响、反电动势及加载性能等,搭建测试硬件系统,并开发由上位机和下位机组成的测试软件。该软件操作简单、高效,完全消除了人为因素影响,保证了测试数据的客观性和准确性,实现了多种不同型号电机的稳态性能测试,满足了EOL下线测试的需求。测试软件操作界面方便实用,数据字典功能避免了频繁烧写程序的麻烦;模块化程序可移植性高、便于功能扩展及维护,能够大大缩短电机性能测试系统开发周期,有较大的推广意义。
As an important part of power conversion,the motor performance directly affects the development of many fields.Motor performance test is one of the key links to ensure the motor quality.The traditional motor performance test method has high requirements for personnel ability and energy,resulting in high test cost.Aiming at the steady-state performance test of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)used in new energy vehicles,including Initial Rotation Angle,No-load Abnormal Sound,Back EMF,Loading Performance and so on,builds the test hardware system,and develops the upper computer and lower computer.The test software is simple and efficient,which completely eliminates the influence of human factors and ensures the objectivity and accuracy of the test data,realizes the steady-state performance test of different types of motors,and meets the requirements of EOL offline test.The software operation interface was convenient and practical,and the data dictionary avoids programming frequently;the modular program was portable,convenient for function expansion and maintenance,which can greatly shorten the motor performance test system development cycle,and has great popularization significance.
