新时代,云南要不断提升民族文化自信,增强文化软实力,实现经济社会的高质量发展,需要有与之相适应的文化建设,努力实现优秀传统文化的创造性转化和创新性发展。认真领悟习近平关于“两创”的重要论述,新时期,对云南优秀传统文化进行创造性转化创新性发展,必须坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指引、以社会主义核心价值观为统领、在保持文化根基中推陈出新、始终以人民为中心、以建设中华民族共有精神家园为旨归的文化理路。

In the new era,if Yunnan is to continuously enhance national cultural self-confidence,enhance cultural soft power,and achieve high-quality economic and social development,it needs a cultural construction suitable for it and strive to achieve creative transformation and innovative development of excellent traditional culture.To earnestly understand Xi Jinping′s important exposition on"two innovations",and to creatively transform and develop Yunnan′s outstanding traditional culture in the new period,we must adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping′s thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics for the new era and the core values of socialism,must maintain the cultural foundation of innovation,must always take the people as the center,and must focus on building the common spiritual home of the Chinese nation.
