摘要
随着边境贸易的繁荣以及边境教育投入的增加,处于特殊地理位置和特殊政策背景下的云南边境国门学校发展问题成为当今社会关注的重点,提高云南边境国门学校义务教育质量,是推进教育公平、建设教育强国的重要举措。以金平县内五所国门学校为例,分析云南边境国门学校义务教育在办学条件、课程设置、教学成效等方面存在的问题,进一步探讨经济、文化及学校自身对边境国门学校义务教育质量发展的影响。最后以《中共中央国务院关于深化教育教学改革全面提高义务教育质量的意见》为指导性文件,提出相应的发展对策,包含明确国门学校发展目标、丰富教育内容、提高教育教学质量、改善教师生存状况、推进管理改革五个方面的内容。
With the prosperity of border trade and increasing investments in border education,the development of Country Gateway schools in Yunnan in special geographical locations and with special policies has become the focus of social attention.Improving the quality of compulsory education in those schools is an important measure to promote education equality and build a strong education country.Taking five Country Gateway schools in Jinping County as an example,this paper analyzes the problems of compulsory education in such schools in Yunnan in terms of school conditions,curriculum,teaching effectiveness,etc.,and further explores the impact of economy,culture and the school itself on the quality development of compulsory education.In the end,the paper puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures based on the opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on deepening the reform of education and teaching and improving the quality of compulsory education in an all-round way,including five aspects:defining the development objectives of the Country Gateway schools,enriching the educational content,improving the quality of education and teaching,improving the living conditions of teachers,and promoting the management reform.
