摘要
大数据时代,高校科研人员的数据素养对于其有效开展科研活动,提高科研成效具有关键推动作用。通过构建合理的评价体系,客观准确进行数据能力分析,从而为提升高校科研人员数据素养提供决策支持。运用文献调研法构建了涵盖数据意识、数据知识、数据技能、数据伦理4个一级指标19个二级指标的高校科研人员数据素养评价体系,提出了前景理论耦合模糊层次分析法的高校科研人员数据素养评价方法,并以一个实例进行实证分析。运用前景理论耦合模糊层次分析法对高校科研人员数据素养进行评价,评价体系更加科学合理,评价结果更加客观准确,从而为提升高校科研人员数据素养精准施策提供依据。
In the era of big data,the data literacy of university researchers has a key role in effectively carrying out scientific research activities and improving the effectiveness of scientific research.By constructing a reasonable evaluation system and objectively and accurately analyzing data capabilities,this paper provides decision support for improving the data literacy of scientific researchers in universities.Using the literature survey method,a data literacy evaluation system for university scientific research personnel,consisting of 4 first-level indicators and 19 second-level indicators,including data awareness,data knowledge,data skills,and data ethics,was established,and a prospect theory coupling fuzzy hierarchy analysis was proposed for data literacy evaluation of scientific researchers in universities and colleges,with an empirical analysis with an example.Using prospect theory coupled with fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the scientific literacy of college researchers,the evaluation system is more scientific and reasonable,and the evaluation results are more objective and accurate,thus providing a basis for improving the precise implementation of scientific researchers data literacy in universities.
