新冠肺炎疫情期间援鄂护士真实体验的质性研究

A Qualitative Research on True Experience of the Nurses Assisting Hubei During the Epidemic Period of COVID-19

目的深入了解新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间援鄂护士的真实体验,为进一步提升护理应急管理水平提供参考。方法于2020年3月通过微信视频的方式,对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间,海军军医大学附属长征医院首批援鄂的11名护士进行半结构式访谈,并采用Colaizzi分析法对访谈资料进行分析。结果根据11名援鄂护士在特殊时期的真实体验,提炼出4方面的主题,包括:援鄂初期有较多负性心理体验、援鄂期间始终能体会到感动与支持、此次抗“疫”经历让自己体会到成长和职业自豪感,以及希望此次疫情能引起各层面的更多反思。针对相关结果,提出应对突发公共卫生事件的管理建议,包括:加强相关理论知识及技能培训、强化医护人员心理素质、重视护士资源库建设以及加强护理人员的社会支持。结论进一步加强针对重大公共卫生事件的管理对提高护理人员“战”时应对能力将有积极促进作用。

Objective To gain insight into the true experience of nurses assisting Hubei during the epidemic period of COVID-19,so as to further provide reference for improving emergency nursing management.Methods A semi-structured interview was conducted with 11 nurses who were first assigned to assist Hubei from Shanghai Changzheng Hospital of the Second Military Medical University during the epidemic period of COVID-19 by means of WeChat video in March 2020.Results Four topics were extracted according to the true experience of 11 nurses assisting Hubei during this special period,including:there was more negative psychological experience at the early stage of assisting Hubei,they always felt touched and supported during the period of assisting Hubei,this anti-epidemic experience granted them a feeling of spiritual growth and professional pride,and they hope that this epidemic situation can arouse more reflection at all levels.Therefore,according to the relevant results,suggestions for managing public health emergency are proposed,including:enhancing the training on relevant theoretical knowledge and skills,strengthening the psychological quality of medical staff,paying attention to the establishment of nurse resource pool and strengthening the social support for nursing staff.Conclusion The further enhancement on major public health event management will play a positive role in improving the coping ability of nursing staff during the"war".
