上海市闵行区各级公立医疗机构护理门诊管理与护理实践现况调查

A Survey on the Status of Outpatient Nursing Service Management and Nursing Practice in Public Medical Institutions at Various Levels in Minhang District of Shanghai

目的调查上海市闵行区各级公立医疗机构护理门诊管理与护理实践开展的现状。方法2018年10—11月,采用自制调查问卷,对上海市闵行区公立二级、三级医院、社区卫生服务中心的护理门诊主诊护士、医院主管部门管理者进行问卷调查,了解护理门诊开诊情况、管理方式、主诊护士基本情况、主诊护士对自身专业价值的认识等。结果各级医院护理门诊均以门诊专科专职护士为主。在学历、职称、护龄等方面比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但在有无相关任职专业资质证书方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05);各级医院绩效考核机制和质量考核机制比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论上海市闵行区公立医疗机构护理门诊开设呈现专科化、专病化,需尽快建立专科护士在护理门诊的准入制度,开展护理门诊主诊护士规范化培训;建立规范护理门诊绩效考核制度和质量安全考核制度,以进一步规范并推动护理门诊的管理与发展。

Objective To investigate the implementation status of outpatient nursing service management and nursing practice in public medical institutions at various levels in Minhang District of Shanghai.Methods From October to November 2018,a self-made questionnaire was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among the attending nurses in outpatient nursing department and the administrators of competent departments in public secondary and tertiary hospitals and community health service centers in Minhang District of Shanghai,so as to understand the opening situation of outpatient nursing service,management modes,basic situation of attending nurses,and the understanding of attending nurses on their own professional value,etc.Results All nurses in outpatient nursing departments of hospitals at various levels were mainly full-time specialized nurses of outpatient.There were no significant differences in educational background,professional title,and nursing age(P>0.05).However,there were significant differences in the presence of relevant professional qualification certificates(P<0.05);meanwhile,there were significant differences in the performance assessment mechanism and quality assessment mechanism when comparing different hospitals at various levels(P<0.05).Conclusion The opening of outpatient nursing service in Minhang District of Shanghai presents a discipline specialized and disease specialized situation,which requires to establish the admittance system of specialized nurses for outpatient nursing service as soon as possible,provide standardized training on outpatient nursing service to attending nurses and establish standardized performance assessment system and quality&safety assessment system for outpatient nursing service,so as to further standardize and promote the management and development of outpatient nursing service.
