基于LID理念的“海绵校园”规划研究——以烟台大学为例 被引量:2

摘要 为缓解烟台大学校园内涝问题,利用LID理念对“海绵校园”建设内涵、规划改造优势和技术路线进行总结.通过对校园海绵基底现状及内涝成因的分析,最终确定以自然积存、自然渗透和自然净化的发展理念为依托,以渗、滞、蓄、净、用、排六字方针为具体实施方法对校园进行海绵化改造,结果显示改造效果明显,满足政府的量化考核要求,实现了年径流总量控制率80%的目标,具有良好环境效益和社会效益,具有可复制性和推广性. In order to alleviate the waterlogging problem on campus of Yantai University,LID concept is used to summarize the construction connotation,advantages of planning renovation and technical route of“Sponge Campus”.According to the analysis of the present situation of“Sponge Campus”and the causes of waterlogging,the development concept of natural accumulation,natural penetration and natural purification is finally determined as support,the six-word policy of infiltration,stagnation,storage,net,use and arrangement is taken as the concrete implementation method for sponge reform of campus.The results show that the reconstruction effect is obvious,which can not only satisfy the demands on quantitative evaluation of the government,but also realize the goal of up to 80%of the total annual runoff control.This method has good environmental and social benefits,actually,it is reproducible and extendable.
