摘要
通过分析输电线路机器人上下线作业任务,提出了一种基于机器视觉的输电线路机器人上下线平台的设计方案,包括机械结构设计和视觉检测及控制两部分。研制了输电线路机器人上下线平台样机,并在模拟线路和现场线路进行实验,实验结果验证了机器人上下线平台结构设计的可行性及目标检测算法的有效性。
A design scheme of Loading Platform of Power Transmission Line Robot based on machine vision is proposed by analyses of transmission line robot off-line tasks, including mechanical structure design and visual inspection. The prototype of Loading Platform of Power Transmission Line Robot is developed, and experiments are carried out on simulated lines and field lines. The experimental results verify the feasibility of structure design of robot platform and the effectiveness of target detection algorithm.
